You read it right.  Your Cat lift truck dealer will repair any lift truck right the first time.  And he'll repair it within the quoted time.  Guaranteed.  If not, he'll give you a free loaner until the repair is done.  You won't get just any truck.  You'll get one of comparable capacity.

Applies to whatever make of lift truck you own.

The guarantee covers Cat lift trucks and all other makes of lift trucks - Clark, Hyster, Nissan, Toyota, Yale or whatever you own.  Your Cat lift truck dealer will fix it right, and he'll fix it on time.  Guaranteed.

The end of unnecessary downtime.

No more extra downtime because your lift truck wasn't repaired on time.  Or because it wasn't fixed right the first time.  You'll have your truck back when promised, or you'll get a free loaner.  Either way you'll be back in business.  See below for applicable terms and conditions.

• The guarantee covers Cat lift trucks as well as any other make which the Cat lift truck dealer elects to service/repair in his shop.
• A dealer quotation must be obtained from the Cat lift truck dealer stating the service to be performed on the truck and the promised date for completion of that work as stated in the service quotation.
• The truck must be made available for pickup by the dealer or delivered to the dealership at the agreed upon time.
• Additional service repairs that may be discovered while repairing the truck will be discussed with the customer before the additional repairs are made.
• If the recommended repairs will affect the performance of the truck, and are not authorized by the customer, the guarantee will be void.
• If the recommended repairs are extensive, a new repair service completion date will be established with the customer.
• In the event the dealer is unable to provide a comparable loaner, he may provide the customer a credit on parts/service expended on the customer's truck.  A free loaner supercedes free parts.  The credit will be based on the number of days the service exceeds the original promised date prorated on the published monthly rental of a similar truck.
• The loaner unit must be used during the time the service work is being completed.
• The parts/service credit, if issued in lieu of a loaner truck, must be used within 12 months of the date of issuance.  The credit is non-transferable.
• This guarantee is void if our ability to perform is affected by disruption of supply of parts, strike (manufacturer, supplier, carrier, customer, dealership), order entry system failure, civil disturbance, war, disaster of nature, or act of God.
