Comprehensive Warranty

Manitex Liftking warrants new products to be free from defects in material and workmanship during the first 6 months or 1,000 operating hours. Extended warranty is available to all Manitex Liftking dealers. Servicing of Manitex Liftking vehicles can be handled through the Manitex Liftking plant, Manitex Liftking dealers or directly from the respective component dealer or manufacturer.

Heavy-Duty Masts and Booms

All masts are heavy duty roller design with sealed bearings for mast channel and chain sheaves. All booms are submerge arc welded with robots; high tensile steel is formed to exacting tolerances.

Outstanding Welding

Manitex Liftking uses certified welders, welding robots and submerged arc welding techniques for welding most parts of the machines. While a welding robot guarantees quality, a valued employee adds his/her personal touch.

Accurate Documentation

Manitex Liftking uses a modern computerized documentation system, similar to the one used in the aircraft industry. Every set of documentation is printed specifically for the manufactured machine, including its customer specific options. The high-tech manuals department can also provide this manual on CD-ROM. Translations to other languages are available.

Quality Paint

All units are shotblasted, primed and then electrostatically painted. When a Manitex Liftking rough-terrain forklift needs to be protected against severe weather and tough conditions, the unit can be powder-coated to make it impact resistant, salt resistant, UV resistant to give it better color stability. Powder coating lasts longer than wet paint, will protect the machine better against rust and is still an environmentally friendly way of coating.

Reliable Hydraulic System

Manitex Liftking vehicles feature North American made, high volume, interchangeable pumps and valves; as well as welded hydraulic tanks, 100R2 hydraulic hoses and spring guards where necessary. They feature 2,000 PSI pressure setting on most units.
